If you would like your player account deleted, you can send an email to jeff@jeffluntgames.com. You may be asked to provide additional information to ensure that you are, in fact, the account holder.
For verified account deletions, the following data will be removed:
- Your player account
- Your chats and chat history
- Your purchase history
- And other metadata that Stranger Sips may have related to your player account
The turnaround time for these requests is typically 3-5 business days.
This action is not reversible #
Account deletions are permanent, and cannot be restored once completed. Please be sure that you need your account deleted.
If you only want your chats deleted, you can do this in the game itself, by clicking the delete / trashcan icon next to each chat.
There is some 3rd party data that Stranger Sips cannot directly delete #
Stranger Sips uses 3rd services to provide the in-game AI chat experience. For example, your chat history and some other chat data may be retained by those 3rd parties according to their retention policy. To learn more read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
